Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally
to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 24 business hours of being placed. Orders
placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates. Weather, customs and carrier delays can push them out.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. Any
free-shipping threshold in force is shown in the cart before you pay. International orders may be
subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country; those are the customer’s
responsibility and are not collected by us.
Order tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our
warehouse. You can also see the status by signing in to your account.
Address accuracy
Please check your address before completing checkout. Orders ship to the single address given at
the time of order and cannot be redirected afterwards. If an order is returned to us as
undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the original shipping charge is not
refundable in that case.
Delivery attempts
Carriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. If all of them fail the parcel is returned
to us, and we will be in touch.
Split shipments
If your order contains several items, they may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking
numbers, so they can arrive on different days.
