Fraudulent calls and messages
It has come to our notice that calls and messages are being sent in Minimalist’s name,
inviting customers to purchase products in exchange for gifts, or asking them to transfer payments
to bank accounts that do not belong to us.
We do not make calls or send messages of this kind, and we will never ask you to
transfer money to an individual bank account.
Please do not respond to such offers or make any payment as a result of them. If you receive one,
report it to us at [email protected] and, where appropriate, to your local
police or cybercrime authority. We cannot recover money sent in response to a fraudulent message.
