We accept the following at checkout:

Secure checkout
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection. Card details are submitted directly to our payment
provider and are never stored on our servers. For your security, the provider may ask you to confirm
the payment with your bank.
When you are charged
Your card is authorised when you place the order and captured when we dispatch it. If we cannot
fulfil an order, the authorisation is released.
Currency
All prices on the store are shown and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in another
currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
If a payment fails
Check the card number, expiry date and security code, and make sure the billing address matches
the one your bank has on file. If the payment still fails, try another card or contact your bank.

Duplicate or unexpected charges
If you see a pending charge for an order that did not complete, it is an authorisation hold and
drops off automatically, usually within a few business days. If you have been charged twice for the
same order, email [email protected] with the transaction reference, the email
address used on the order, and the date and time, and we will put it right.
